We want you and your cats to love what you carry. If something isn't right, here's exactly how a return works — no fuss.
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send an item back for a refund. It just needs to be unused and in its original condition, with your order number or receipt. Nothing in our shop is final sale — every piece is covered.
Message us through our contact form (or DM us on Instagram) with your order number and a quick note about what you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return address and the next steps within a couple of days.
For a change-of-mind return, you cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. If the item arrived damaged, was defective, or we sent the wrong thing, that one's on us — we'll send a prepaid label or refund your return shipping, along with your original shipping.
Once your return reaches us and we've checked it over, we refund to your original payment method through Square. It typically lands in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. For change-of-mind returns we refund the price of the item; original shipping is refunded only when the return was our fault.
To keep things simple as a tiny studio, we don't do direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, just return the original for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.
If your order shows up damaged or isn't what you ordered, reach us within 7 days of delivery with a photo through the contact form. We'll make it right — a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
