These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the NekoDiary app and the Nyangi Studio USA website (together, the “Services”), provided by Nyangi Studio USA, a DBA of J&W Neko Ventures LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
You may use the Services only if you can form a binding contract with us and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the activity that happens through your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
You retain ownership of the content you create in NekoDiary — your cat profiles, journal entries, notes, and photos. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, back up, and display that content to you so the app works (for example, syncing it across your devices). We don’t claim ownership of your content and we don’t use it for advertising.
Please don’t use the Services to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload malicious code, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Services, or misuse them in ways that could harm us or other users.
We may add, change, or discontinue features over time. We’ll make reasonable efforts to keep the Services available, but we can’t guarantee they will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. NekoDiary is a journaling and keepsake tool. It is not a veterinary, medical, or health product, and nothing in it is a substitute for professional veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian about your cat’s health.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Services. We encourage you to keep your own copies of any content that matters to you.
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services.
We may update these Terms as the Services evolve. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
